Because access to digital content and intellectual property is provided after purchase, refunds are not offered once a purchase has been completed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

The free course preview at /course-preview shows the teaching style, lessons, and resources included so you can decide with confidence.

Access issues

If you experience a technical issue accessing materials you purchased, contact hello@holdthat.systems from the address used at checkout and include your order details. We will work to resolve legitimate access problems. An access problem does not automatically create eligibility for a refund.

What refunds do not cover

• Results, revenue, or outcomes from applying the method
• Costs charged by third parties, such as AI tools you use separately
• Requests based on preferences already described on the sales page
